Kyocera FS 4000 cassette error

Error message is saying load cassette. Have made sure the cassette is fully in (till it clicks). Have removed and put back in several times.

Any ideas?

Under the front of the cassette on the bottom is a white catch if you pull it towards you the paper will spring up. more then likely it is not automatically getting pushed when you put the cassette in.
if this is not correct if you take the cassette out and look in where you took it out of there should be a arm hanging down just left of center that is the paper out sensor arm of that is broken it could be your problem also

I have a kyocera ecosys m6635cidn. it wont print. it keeps saying cassette not installed out of nowhere

The "Cassette Not Installed" error message on the Kyocera Ecosys M6635cidn typically indicates a problem with the paper tray or cassette. Here are a few things you can try:
  1. Make sure the cassette is correctly installed: Check that the cassette is inserted correctly and fully into the printer. There should be a click sound when it locks into place.
  2. Check the paper settings: Make sure the paper settings in the printer driver match the paper size and type loaded in the cassette. You can check this in the print driver settings on your computer.
  3. Check for paper jams: If there is a paper jam, the printer may think that the cassette is not installed. Open the printer and check for any paper jams or debris inside.
  4. Reset the printer: Try turning off the printer and unplugging it from the power outlet. Wait a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn it on. This will reset the printer and may resolve the issue.
If none of these steps work, it may be necessary to contact Kyocera technical support for further assistance.

I have a Kyocera FS 6530MFP and when its in operation (during photocopying or printing), multicopies, it suddenly pops up an error on the display with the message ' cassette error ' , and abruptly sto

The cassettes have little motors on them that lift the paper up to the rollers when it's closed. Make sure there isnt a bind on the plate that lifts the paper up. If there isn't you might need a lift motor replaced. This is a pretty common issue.

How to reset a process unit

Make sure that the front and top covers close smoothly and fully. If the blue toner release arm is not fully to the rear the top cover will barely close. To reset the process unit you should remove it and then re-install it making sure it makes a good 'click' when you insert it.

I HAVE A KYOCERA ECOSYS FS-4000 DN PRINTER. WHEN I TURN IT ON, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING "CALL SERVICE 0150:0003704". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?

The error indicates -

Engine PWB EEPROM error Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Causes - Improper installation engine PWB EEPROM. Check the engine PWB EEPROM installation,
- Defective engine PWB. Replace the engine PWB

IF turning the printer off and unplugging then plugging back in and turning back on doesn't correct the problem I would suggest you contact an authorized Kyocera service center such as www.gfbm.net.

Kyocera FS 4000 DN printer stops printing for no reason.

Try the feed tires in the tray first. More than likely the paper is not being picked up and causing jam message. The separation roller also has a hub on it to prevent a second sheet from feeding. Sometimes these start to lock up ,a little oil on the hub sometimes relieves some of the tension.
