My work place recently upgraded my computer and I now have a Mac. This recorder, which was also a recent purchase for the office, only seems to work on a Windows platform. Is there any software available that will enable me to use it with my Mac? I've tried the Quicktime Player, but it doesn't seem to recognize the device.

When you load the files onto the Windows computer, you need to have them converted to mp3 format. That way you can load it onto your mac/ipod/mp3 player. There is no software, as far as i'm aware of, for a mac for this product. I have the same problem

Hi,
I'm really not solving this I have a HP and my ICD-P620 does not work with 64 bit. I went to http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-home.pl?mdl=ICDP620&LOC=3 chatted with Lindsey, Sony rep. they suggested that I connect from my head phone jack on the voice recorder into the lap audio in jack on my lap. I said that was not the answer I was looking for and had hoped they were working on a solution to the driver. That would enable me to use it the way it was designed. She apologized and said she was trying to help. I thanked her.
I hope this helps to bring clarity.
