F2 mean that you have a drainage problem and could be that the pump is clogged. I believe the pump can be accessed from the front of the washer. Also make sure electrical connections are secure. Make sure no hoses are clogged or kinked anywhere.
The F2 error code mean that the washer didn't drain the water within the normal time it takes to drain, usually the reson the washer hasn't drained properly is because the filter screen on the drain pump is clogged with debris. this tip i have written will show ya how to clean the filter on the pump. http://www1.fixya.com/support/r10121384-check_when_duet_washer_door_locked_after
Thanks for using FixYa. F2 error means Long Drain. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F2" is flashed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. Also, check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. Then check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. If still the issue is not resolved then replace the pump. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
Potential Causes
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects(located, and mounted on the actual pump) • If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump
the F code is a puwer outige. This is how to fix
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select
DRAIN & SPIN if there is excessive water in the washer.
Re-select cycle and press START. If the problem remains, call
for service.
This is what an HF code is.
"FH" (Water Inlet Problem--no water or insufficient water
supply)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug
washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged?
Are water inlet hoses kinked?
Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Plug in washer or reconnect power. Re-select cycle and press
START. If the problem remains, call for service.
This means that the drain time has exceeded 8 minutes and the water valves have turned off. After 4 minutes the suds error is displayed then 4 minutes later the F2 error. Potential causes 1.Check drain hose for kinks or cloggs 2.Check electrical connection at the pump and make sure the pump runs. 3.Check inside of pump for foreign objects 4.If none of the above fixes the machine replace the pump.
We've had this problem for about a yr when i finally firgured out how to correct it. the problem is that the circuit board is attached to the washer, when it starts to shake it causes the connections to loosen and theats the fault code you get. How I fixed this was to suspend the circuit from a bungie strap this will allow the washer to shake all it wants and the circuit board is stable, connections stay tight andwasher works fine, after 6 months not one error code at all
