Depending on how deep the scratch is you can make it lighter by buffing it with small amounts of brasso. Rub some on it and use a soft cloth to work it in. It will not totally remove the scratch but will make it less noticable.
The waste toner is located on the front of the machine. You first want to lower the cover that allows you to insert the toner, then locate two rather large, silver screws that connect that front cover assembly to the copier. After removing the two screws, the toner bottle will be exposed.

mcdevito75 here, Hello David, Tag Heur a very fine watch, First I would make sure it is the seconds hand that stopped and not the Chrono. hand, I would also go over any instructions that came with the watch, about the light scratches on the saphire crystal, the crystal is scratch resistant to a point, and can occur almost anyway, rubbing up against something harder than the crystal itself, (certain Stones and materials) even if your in a dusty place scratches can occur on any crystal. Check with your warrantee, you should be covered.
I have a very similar problem: The part is scratched at my camera. I called the people here: http://support.sony-europe.com/DIME/KM/km.aspx?l=en and was told that the parts are not available new, but they send me a good one from a used camera. The name is "front lense". So good luck!
The front bumper cover does have to come loose at the top. Remove the retainers along the top of the front bumper cover on top by the radiator and loose the part of the grill that goes over the headlamp. cover with tape to avoid scratching the lens . then remove the 3 bolts for the headlamp. Two at the top and one down at the bottom inboard side. Then pull the headlamp at the outobard bottom to release the retainer and remove the headlamp.
it depends how deep the scratches are you can use an epoxy to fill them in then sand them smooth with emery paper. when you paint it make sure you have a paint that has a flex agent in it because it's plastic and will flex and the paint will crack if it does not have an agent in it make sure to prime it with a primer that has the same agent in it. please rate this thanks
