It is a 13 year old phone so it may just be worn out. You can try a hard reset but it may be the display that has failed. The vibration is telling you that it is booting up. First try removing the battery for 5 minutes and put it back in.
1. turn off your nokia lumia 2. then press power off button,camera button and volume down button until it starts vibrating 3. when it vibrates leave power off button but dont leave camera button and volume down for more than 10 sec

vibrator is connected to circuit board smtime the power supply track didnt work so open ur phone and see the vibrator and brush it using eraser and it will work
