Use the Recovery CD to reinstall all that pertains to the Tablet, and that includes the Wacom driver.

AT START UP PRESS F2 THEN ON THE BIOS SETTINGS DISABLE THE MANAGER PASSWORD.

try running the resource cd and see if that helps, if not try the manufacture website for drivers

try to boot to windows xp or dos command, for winXP go to recovery console-select your windows-type the admin password then if C:\WINDOWS come up type chkdsk /r if that doesnt help, repair your operating system or backup your files and reinstall your operating system.

OK, Do 1 thing, start pc press del go in side of BIOS.
Set the 1st booting drive as USB CD ROM. and save that. then restart your system.

yes you must change the boot order and activate the legacy USB support if exsisted

pls get ur cdrom service & try again but prior to that pls check ur data cable which is connected to ur pc

NOTE: Ususally when computers DO NOT find any startup information on the SELECTED DRIVE (like when you click a key) it goes to the default drive.
WHICH IS YOUR HARD DRIVE.
Meaning it is probably your Harddrive is broken, or your connection from hard drive to motherboard is broken

Burn a Live CD bootdisk of some linux distribution
liek Slax, google it.
Burn it to a bootable CD and put it into your drive, then select to boot from it.
If it boots only using your CD ROM drive, if that works then its probably not your BIOS/rest of computer, which is good.

And while in the live cd, you can see your harddrive and see files, that means its not broken its just your connection to it....either way im guessing youll have to send it in.

Does the laptop have a usable cd/dvd rom drive?

one possible way around is to copy the entire cd (make a new folder named "CD COPY" or similar) to your hard drive (assuming you have enough space...about 800 Mb), then run the install from setup.exe from the hard drive, then delete the copy (to make room) when you are done.
