Go to Setup -> Enter entire advanced tree... -> Update - > in option `Update server' -> Select automatically and you can update it.

You can try logging on to the personal cabinet on the KAV website and downloading your license key file.

Most of the Norton antivirus comes with one year subscription. date u mentioned here seems like more then 1 year old. That's why it says expired
