My phone buttons wont work and only the off button does.
and once in awhile itll say 'voice record memory full' but i cant go on to anything, i can charge it and stuff. but thats about it.
whats wrong?
Ok I found out that there is a kaypad memory battery and that could be your problem. Or, the software for the keypad could have been corrupted by dropping it. You can fix that one by going to the motorola support page and upgrading your software. (you need a data cable for this). Other than that you will most likely need to buy a whole new keyboard assembly.

This can be a problem with the memory chip inside this unit where the program/ softwrae is installed it may need a replacement..what happen we got disconnected on our chat session??
To select your message to erase depress REC/STOP button. Then "scroll" thru recordings by using the "rocker" style switch on the upper right side of recorder labeled INDEX. When you have the recording on the LCD display you wish to erase, depress the ERASE button for more than a second and release when the display starts blinking "ERASE" - then depress the ERASE button again and the recording will be erased. Do the same for each numbered recording to fully erase all recordings.
Are you able to get into the software to purge the voice records?
If not, it sounds like the phone needs to be "reflashed" at an authorized service centre. Take it where you bought it. It should not cost you if it is less than one year old (warranty).
press and hold the voice recording button (located on the right side of flip up part of screen) the list of recorded things will appear after message that voice is saved, when list appears click Options (left button with - on it located on top of keyboard) and than scroll down and select Delete All than press OK button (located in the middle of cursor buttons)
- open 4 screw in the corner of u're lcd (open the rubber first)
- open connector flex cable (2 items)
- clean it with some cleaner (alcohol) with brush
- assemble it!
