I hav a d945gccr MB . and the fan and led on th MB r working but i m not getting th Display . I removed th ram and check'd its giveing th bip sound .but when i fix th ram and on THER IS NO DISPLAY Can any one solve this

1) IF ALL of the LED (Lights) were on they would use less than 1 Watt of power.
2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.
3) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts of power.

Check the Power Supply.
A Power Supply with a weak voltage power rail, will have plenty of power to light LED's, and maybe spin fans, but Not enough power to turn the Processor on.
No processor, no computer.
The computer isn't generating a video signal.
No Signal to the monitor.
Do you have access to a multimeter, or DC Volt meter?
Test the three Low DC voltages coming out of the Power Supply.
A) 3.3 Volt power rail
B) 5 Volt power rail
C) 12 Volt power rail (ALL are DC voltage)
[ In comparison two D cell flashlight batteries store 3 Volts DC ]
Need guidance with testing post back in a Comment.
Or if you have a KNOWN to be good, and Compatible power supply, that you can borrow for a test, try it.

Intel d845 gvsr no display ,but the ram is ok when i incerted the ram there is no beep and there is no sound. may be bios corupted and how to solve the problem

Is this new ram or have you used it in this machine previously?
A couple of things can cause what you describe, one of them being the wrong voltage of ram. This page contains the list of memory that your system can use, check the part number on your current ram in google to find out what voltage it runs at (the recommended voltage for your board is 1.8v).
Other than that you may want to do a CMOS reset by changing the jumper block (should be described in your mobo manual), powering the machine on briefly, power it down (unplug) and return the jumper to it's original location. Now try to post the machine.

are you using socket 478 motherboard or socket lg775 motherboard? if lg775 mobo you using try to remove the cpu heat sink and put it back again make you put correctly lock it perfectly and try to switch it on

try to change your flex and then point correctly the flex into hard,floppy and cd-rom.. you can check also at the back of hard disk there you can the procedure..
