You need to replace the fan oven element.
access to it is by removing the rear panel in the oven, there you will see the element.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

Hi

I had the same problem and it turned out to be an open circuit oven element. This is fairly easy to replace yourself and should cost £30-£40 for a non Whirlpool replacement. Takes about twenty mutes to do once you have taken the oven out of its housing

It might be the Grill Element...See if they are warm after turning the oven power OFF ! Be very carefull with touching it when it is POWERED..

The wires might be YT and DIY! I think this is the problem because my oven is in need of a new Grill Element and it wont heat up like it used to ( The Grill element was Pulled out) :(

The oven does'nt seem to be able to heat up above 150, the fan is working, the bottem half of the oven does'nt seem to heating up. Is this fixable or do i need a new oven?

Hi.

If the part that is not heating is only the bottom element, and the top element is heating regularly, then you may need to replace the lower element.
Before replacement the element can be tested removing it from the cavity and reading Ohms at the element terminals, with a multimeter set at Rx1. Disconnect power before removing the element.

If both baking and broiling element do not heath above a certain temperature instead, then the part to be replaced is the temperature probe, still located inside the oven cavity.

Regards.

Whirlpool built-in double oven model# RBD305PDB12

the humming sound is coming from the "squirrel cage" fan in the back of the unit, there may be some resonance vibration from the fan this issue should be addressed by a qualified service tech, the whole wall oven needs to be pulled out, i would have him check the fan.

Neff U1721 bottom oven not heating fan & light are ok

Yes it will need a new element, if the fan runs and temperature light comes on then the element is gone.

Timer might be blocked on auto, you need to get it back to a manual setting.

Cooker

I just installed one in my house. I found that when you start the lower (gas) oven you need to turn the dial all the way on to 500*, push the knob in (you should hear the igniters clicking), then even when you see flames coming out of the burner, continue the ignition for 10 to 15 seconds. It should continue to stay lit thereafter.
