Please i have this problem with my laptop acer aspire 5570,i reformatted my system ,after that i can not snap,chat etc. with my cam anymore,and i don't know where to fine the drivers of the webcam online. please i need your help. thanks

Go to Control Panel->System->HW->Device Manager. Select the Webcam and Disable it. Then from the Action option select Scan for New HW. The drivers would be reloaded and your webcam will start working again.
dear for this you need Acer Aspire 5500 5570-2609 Laptop cam drivers, if you have already installed drivers, try uninstalling device from computer manage -> device manager.
Hi, you have not said what operating system you are using, so its difficult to help with reformating. But have you tried system repair, by putting your operating CD into drive?. Repacing your ram could not be easier, just unscrew the panel underneath and replace with new chip.
I was having an issue with using my webcam on my Acer Aspire 6930. I came to this site to try and find a way to solve my problem. I was reading posting from people saying to reformat my hard drive, uninstall the webcam and then reinstall it, etc. I then remembered that I had an issue a few years ago using a webcam on my other computer (which was not a laptop). I figured out that the issue was I had a gmail account and used 'video chat'. This makes it unpossible to use with other applications. I would suggest that you disable your video chat before the 'uninstall/reinstall' process!!! :)
yes u can use it in yahoo messenger first download yahoo 9.0 and then check settings in yahoo preferences set up and testt ur camera there and go chat with video,,pls vote if i fixed what u want
Note: there are 4 different driver, because i can't tell which oneinstalled in your laptop, try each of them but remember to uninstallprevious driver before you install the new one.
