F&P Intuitive eco (IW811)

Hi, I am trying to repair this machine. It does not take in any hot water. On the hot fill setting it still only fills with cold water. Resistance of the inlet valve(hot) is normal Also. How does one reset the size on this model when replacing the motor module (Red/Brown) Any help appreciated.

Even though the resistance of the valve is normal, doesn't mean that it cannot be faulty. Try swapping the valves around and see if you still get cold water coming in through that valve. If not, then the valve is faulty. Don't forget to put the cold valve back where it belongs. There is a difference between the hot and cold valves( cold valve is a proportional valve) but for testing purposes they can be swapped around. To set the size you have to switch the machine off at the wall. Switch it back on again. Wait for all led's to go out. Press & hold the start/pause button while you push the power button. Switch off again and it should be o.k.

Hi Fanny,
Thanks for the reply. In the end it was the thermister that goes into the mixer box (where the 2 inlet valves are) Seems to be OK now Thanks again.

Washing Machine Intuitive Eco model number IW811 won't power on?

Possible Cause Solution The power switch is not turned on at the wall. Unplug the machine from the wall. Wait 60 seconds, plug back in and turn the power back on again. The household power supply is at fault. Try plugging another electrical appliance into the power slot.

My washer no longer produces cold water, only hot, except for the start of the cycle. The machine will tell me that it's not getting cold water. It doesn't matter whether I set the water temperature at...

It sounds like the fill hoses are inverted. Most of the Fisher washers only fill with cold water after the initial fill. So if the hose are inverted then it will only fill with hot. Beyond this I'm at a loss. Good luck

My Fisher Paykey will not hold water, when it is filling it is pumping back out into the drain, as well there is water on the floor under the washer. what is the problem?

Hi just read your posting. Now on the Intuitive model when it fills it also recirculates the water throe a diverter valve. When the machine is in the drain cycle the diverter valve shifts position and the water drains. The problem with your machine is the diverter is in the drain position when the machine is trying to fill. Now there are 2 types of diverters .Please look underneath the machine to the front right. You should see a pump with a red or black fan attached. Can you please confirm this as then I can guide you throe the testing and repairing of the machine.Looking forward to your reply.

Intuitive Eco 701 ... error code 50. I'm sure it's to do with the fill solenoids. It is filling very slowly.

Yes. Whichever is filling slow. Hot or cold. It is a code for the fill valve. Just replaced the cold fill valve on my unit which seems to be the one that most commonly goes out. Easy repair. 2 screws and 1 Plug...If you unscrew the top by taking out two phillips screws in the back, you will find some paperwork about trouble codes, repairs etc...Right next to the fill valves.

Wont stop filling

If when you press pause while filling and it keeps filling then you have a faulty valve. If the filling stops then valve is ok.
If you filling keeps going until overfilling the machine which is what i understand is your problem, then most likely that you have a small pinhole in your pressure tube.

Intuitive eco Iw811 Rinse 1 no water coming thru!

the 1st rinse light is normally set to "spray rinse", this means the machine will pump out the water, spin at medium speed then pulse cold water into the machine, this occurs for about 2 mins, then the machine will spin out, and advance for the final rinse which is a deep rinse.
