SOURCE: Circle Vertical IC please on picture
I've cropped out most of the picture so it would fit here. The vertical output IC is I601. It's circled in the picture below:
If you can't place it from this part of your image, it's on the heatsink just above and to the left of the horizontal output transformer, which has the high-voltage lead running to the picture tube. Resolder the IC connections and that will probably take care of your trouble.

In your statement i found during switch on you get picture. Check whether in a few minute picture suddenly goes to the horizontal line or height reduces and then goes to line. If suddenly goes means change any zener diode in pumpup circuit. If it is not means LA 7840 ic getting imbalanced supply voltage i.e.,negative and positive voltage are not equal. Suppose only one vcc means supply resister getting high ohms and change the the supply resister.

If the line is vertical then the problem is no horizontal deflection. The vertical chip is probably fine.
Check connections around yoke (thats the connector with at least four wires that goes up to the coils around the neck of the tube)
Maybe that TV has two horizontal output transistors. One for deflection and one for high voltage? Check both of them. Look for bad solder joints!!!

A vertical line means the line is up and down in the middle of the screen. That would indicate that the vertical IC and the surrounding components are working perfectly. A vertical line as described is the result of a lack of horizontal deflection (to move the beam from side to side) Since the high voltage is obviously OK, the problem is most likely a bad solder connection in the horizontal yoke circuit. Examine the bottom of the PC board in the area of the flyback transformer, and yoke connector (has four wires Red, Blue, Green, Yellow).and the pincousion coils, capacitors, etc in between. Flexing the board in that area may cause the problem to come and go. Resulting arcing should also be visible. BE CAREFUL, as hazardous voltages are present in the circuit!
