Blocked print head nozzles
You may have blocked print head nozzles.
Try the printer maintenance to clear the printer nozzles.
After several deep cleaning attempts and there is no improvements in the print then a new print head is required.
A new print head maybe expensive and it maybe more cost effective to purchase a new printer.

you need to check the maintainence kit and see if it's full. Also if it isn't, use some iso-proponal alcohol and some q-tips to clean the print section of the cartridge and the cartridge tray.

Hello, and I will be assisting you here,
This is deadly simple, all you do is go into the program on your computer that manages your printer. Select nozzle and head clean and get the printer to perform the task. Once done, you will have to find yourself printing out loads and loads of test pages, or get whatever family and friends to print off loads and loads and loads of pages, preferably in black and magenta. eventually the magenta ink will be pushed out of the black reservoir and normality is restored. Failing that, I suppose you could always read what the user documentation suggests as an alternative; but be warned; the manufacturer might have something in there like "refer to qualified service personnel". The reason is, they wannt the extra money from the aftersale expired warranty, and really for a 10 minute job, they really are only fleesing you.
Good luck with this, and I hope it is the fixya for you.
I look forward to hearing a response on how this matter concludes
yours sincerely
Oz
