I have a Boch washer model #WFMC2100UC/01, its almost 7 years old. question is..... I can start a load it will run for 10 - 30 min and then stop in mid cycle and beep like it's done and unlocks the door, but when we open the door the timer still has time and the cloths are still sopping wet, never been drained or spun. I can also put it on a drain cycle and then a spin cycle and sometimes it will spin and sometimes not but it will do the same thing beep like it's done with the cycle. we can hear the drain pump working and it sounds like it's spinning . Weird part is that it doesn't do it all the time. Suggestions????
