The monitor keeps constantly auto adjusting the screen when the computer is in use. The is no obvious way to disable this program.
Try this: Right click on your desktop. From the pop-up menu, click on your graphics display (NVIDIA etc.) and then on the monitor you have (Dell1234 etc), or if not listed, click on 'properties', then the 'settings' tab, then 'advanced', then select the graphics display tab (NVIDIA etc.) Go through all the menus and click 'restore to defaults' and 'apply'. Hope this helps.
I don't know if this solution is credible to all monitors with this problem.... but have a gateway monitor and it kept doing that annoying "auto processing" flash while i worked...but i figured it out...for some wild reason i held down both the "auto" button and "contrast down" button and it fixed it. it will take a couple of tries but on a lucky push I did it and it went away and i havent had a problem since...I hope i have been a little help :)
Check that your monitor cable and power cables are secure at both ends. Appears that the signal is weak or intermittent
I have benq lcd monitor that also keep auto adusting, I found that the poroblem was the ground conection from the front button circuit that had a bad connetion. So open the rearpanel, and try to fix the ground connection...
