Is it the blower that doesn't shut off or the heating unit?

Go to the unit locate the control module. Take wires to thermostat out. Now jump from R to Y your AC should come on. Jump R to W your heat should come on. Jump R to G your blower should come. If you have done these and it stay on or run as it should then you need a new THERMOSTAT.

Can you supply more information? Lennox has no record of this number in its current records or archives. Please be sure the number is correct. What type of equipment is it? Furnace, AC, IAQ, control?

Im 100 percent certain it is 2ton unit

38,000 btu AKA 3 ton

have you looked inside the control panel? inside the relay boxes?
