How old are your camera and memory card? Both will eventually wear out. Digital cameras are generally good for so many shots. The same goes with the cards. I would personally try a new card and see if it helps.
When you have a 3-d effect. this is called convergence. Is the picture disorted or bowed in. if the picture is bowed in then this is an indicaTION of complete loss of power to covergence curcit. Well you can do it yourself if you have experince unsoldering and soldering.. change convergence amplifiers .. look for 2 parts with STK392-XXX .. depending on model number the 3 xxx will be the last 3 digits on that part
This could mainly be that your scart lead could be loose at the tv end or it is loose at the console end, also see of the disc is not smudged or scracth sometimes this is a cause, it may be your tv is broken instead of the console, if it is a gameboy you may have broke a pixel line.
