How do you recalibrate the screen of a tomtom go 750

The touchscreeen must be replaced. Over time, they can drift beyond the ability to recalibrate it. If you want to try and recalibrate it, here is the procedure.

If you find that the unit will not recalibrate, then you must replace the touchscreen. More info on that is here:

The digitizer is no longer calibrated correctly. Open a support case at TomTom.

There is a major flaw in this product S8003. Touching the screen beings different menu and doing its own things, can't get to the menu i want to calibrate screen. I had screen replaced by them, worked fine for few months, now im out of warranty, same problem again and they want me to pay for the repair. Never to trust any of your products again.

This is a common problem due to certain style of touchscreen that is known to fail due to temperature. if you can not recalibrate the screen, then the touchscreen needs to be replaced. More information, including the recalibration procedure can be found here:

Hi,the problem you are experiencing with your GPS device can be solved by simply recalibrating the screen.this is how you recalibrate the screen of your device;
1.Touch "display" .
2.Touch the "recalibrate" button,then follow the on-sreen instructions,until you are done.

Mabey you touch screen and buttons need to be recalibrated or you have to put this certain processor in to the button area again. if it was pre-owned mabey they hacked it or messed it up. if u hacked then that could be a problem

Your problem is related to a misalignment of the screen. Do a recalibration and all should return to normal

recalibrate the touch screen.

I tried this to fix my tomtom one, but it didn't work.

It may be worth a try on other models, though....
