Shuttle 9094 r/c helicopter spinning on take-off

Hello. having recently purchased the mentioned remote control helicopter i have found it almost impossible to start the chopper without it spinning on take-off. the instruction manual is in poor english but mentions calibrating the "potentiometer" on the "chopper circuit board" via adjusting a screw... however, i can not seem to locate the potentiometer screw and am unsure where the "trim" button is either.
can you help me please and advise of how i can try to make the chopper take-off without spinning..!
your help would be greatly appreciated!
thankyou

Usually trim adjustments are on the controller... not on the vehicle itself.
a potentiometer os a fancy word for dial adjustment. It wont be a metal screw, but probably a metal square with a plastic looking slot that can be turned. usually white or blue plastic

My bottom propellers won't turn. What could be the trouble? Only flew this a few times.

Same happened to me. I've found out that the white gear at the end of the right motor, that conects to the wheel and makes the blades spin, has been worn out by the harder plastic of the wheel itslef. So now they are no more in contact and thus the lower blades wont sping. I temporarily solved it pulling the white gear a bit lower but it lasted only for a couple flights more :-(

Sometimes the metal weights fall out of the top rotating bar causing the blades to be out of balance and the bottom blade to hit the tail. Check to see if both the weights are in the top bar.
