I need to download a driver for an IBM InfoPrint 1572 I bought from a Mervins store going out of business. They no longer had the software. I have been unsucessfull in finding the right driver. Can someone offer some help?

The 923.01 error indicated an over temperature state in the fuser assembly caused by a failure in a part called a thermister. You will need to replace the fuser to clear the error. This is a user replaceable part, you only need a Phillips screwdriver to replace the fuser assembly. The part number you need is 39V2600 and they are available from places like amazon.com or Buy.com
You need to enter the config menu, by turning off the printer. Hold the middle button and right arrow and power the printer up. Continue to hold the two buttons until you see Performing self test. Then you should see config menu. Scroll to Reset Maintenance count and select it. When it returns to the previous menu, you can restart the printer and the error should be cleared.
