Hi Leanne.. since your TV was flickering to begin with, that problem still exist since cleaning it will not resolve it... as a rule, cleaning a TV by taking it apart will not solve any problems, only creat more..

Flickering of the picture us usually caused by weak signal reception and should be the first thing to check. Next check the power cord and receptacle and make sure neither are worn or damaged. Try moving the tv to another receptacle... if it still is not working correctly, probably time for a trip to the TV repair shop...

I have a insignia 7.0 mega pixel...I took 50 pics

I don't have your camera, and don't know what kind of memory card you have, but many memory cards have a "lock" switch right on the card, easy to flick by accident.

I dropped the feed dogs and they won't come back up.

Ignore all the other comments, they are wrong.
The feed dogs are driven by the feed driver mechanism, turn the hand-wheel forward and the feed dogs will come up. (Providing you have the feed dog switch to the up position).

The left half of my LG LCD TV is going bad. Can anyone suggest a fix before we have to pay a repair tech?

I just fixed this problem on my friend's a couple of days ago. It is indeed the tcon board. It does not need to be replaced though! I just took it apart, cleaned the grounding connections with isoprol alcohol, and double checked all connectors. Turned it on and it worked great! I hope this helps yours and anybody else's problem! A lot cheaper than sending it in for repair. Don't try this if you're inexperienced at fixing electronics though. There are some high voltages built up in the power supply.

Dropped my camera in some water. took it apart to dry it out and see if it still works. It comes on but you can't take any pics because of the condensation on the inside of the lens. my question is how...

Seriously....you took it apart!...and now you want to get inside to clean the condensation off the lens!!! STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!! DON'T KEEP TRYING TO TURN IT ON...YOU WILL FRY THE CIRCUITS. Bury the camera in a bowl of dry rice for one week....then, turn it on.

Carousel projector slide not working right. Can only see half of the picture on the screen.

I had a similar problem and was able to get the full view by giving the change button a quick touch for a partial activation. It seems as though the cycle does not complete before the motor is turned off at what should be the end of the cycle. I took it apart to find the problem but did not discover the correction. So the little "flick" on the change button finished moving the slide into position and the "blocker panel"(inside the projector)) out of the way so the whole slide could be seen.

Channnel keeps flicking like your changing channels with remote

when you say flickering??? are you saying the screen goes black and comes back on?? does the sound go out at the same time and comes bag on with the pic ? Is the sound there when this happens but is distorted. Is the pic blacked out or is it greying out with lines and twisting?? Need more info please as if its blacking out and the sound goes with it it may be going into shutdown. If the pic is getting kinda greyish with it twisting and the sound is there and ditorted then the tuner could be bad
