Refrigerator door seal has gap, and the alarm keeps going off
The door alarm on my one-and-a-half-year-old Samsung French door refrigerator keeps going off. From the front, it looks like the doors aren't aligning properly. When I stood on a chair and looked at the door seal from the top surface, I can see that the rubber seal on the left door has a gap about three inches long near where the doors meet. If I push on the door hard the alarm stops going off, but the gap is still there. The doors never really looked like they were aligned properly from the start, but I haven't had this problem until now. Thanks for your help!

Check the lower hinge of that door for a broken closer cam. The upper hinge is adjustable and adjusting the corners in the front will shift the cabinet to align the door also. Eric
