If you see brown marks on the center top of your page then its your feed roller... hp feed rollers come out easy... Get some rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer solution and clean with a paper towel... Make sure to dry your feed rollers then put them back in... that should clear up your issue... if that still does not work you may need to replace feed rollers

If it feeds ok but gets stuck at the back then chances are your fuser is bad. The belt is most likely ripped.

Samsung is a reliable brand, but they have had problems with the vendor for the exit sensor. When it goes bad the paper comes part way out of the exit and jams. The part is less than a dollar, and you might find it at www.precisionroller.com

Paper stuck

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps. Bud

AS400 Spool files stuck in outq in send mode

I have WiFi Zebra QL420. In my case a simple header label prints fine then the complex label (many fields, barcode, lines & boxes) gets stuck. Labels are in separate spol files. We have many other labels printing fine, just this one ALWAYS gets stuck.
If I send same data from PC to printer it works fine.
I can see with ethernet sniffer that header label data goes but complex label doesn't even leave the iSeries. My sniffer is too crude to tell me what LPR level protocol is saying.
