Since you leav me no idea what so ever what your machine is, I'd suggest turning it on, then look for the hot unit in the machine, that will be your fuser. Unless of course there is a problem with the machine and fuser is not working right, it may not get hot, in that case try Google with your make and model, and the the word 'fuser'.

Your question is about as useless as they come. My profession isn't as a mind reader, sorry.

Removal of paper stuck in a dell 3115 fuser?

It's best to remove the fuser to get access to it. This video will show you how to remove it, and which levers to move to release tension in the pinch roller to clear the jam http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjyggtF8d1k After you remove the jam make sure to do a close inspection on the internal roller (use a flashlight). You're looking for any scratches or "dents" in the colored roller (sometimes a deep red/brown color sometimes blue) if there are scratches you are probably going to have to replace the fuser. The imperfections on the fuser roller will show up on your printed pages. If you do need a new fuser you can find them for $160, or the entire rebuild maintenance kit for $375 http://www.fastprinters.com/productdetails.asp?PRODUCT_ID=DELL-UG190

Show me how to replace a fuser in a dell mfp 1815 dn printer please

Pull down the rear door. There should be 2 screws on either side.....remove them....look for 2 more screws towards the bottom. Remove them....the entire rear plastic of the machine should pull off...exposing the fuser. Remove the screws holding the fuser in place. Pull the connectors from the power supply below and you should be able to pull the fuser out! If you need a fuser you can get one at www.getthatpart.com they have good used fusers at good prices....you can also call them at 410-374-1261

Having problems with color, i have to print 5 copies to get a good copy, as the color just runs down page

Just solved the same problem. Mine was the fuser. It is either the drums or the fuser. Print something with color then turn machine off before it hits the fuser. If toner does not show up running before it hits the fuser. Then you fuser is bad~$100.00. If the toner runs before it hits the fuser then the drums are the culprit. If the fuser is bad, it will not heat the toner enough for it to stick to the paper then the unfused toner gets on the roller of the fuser and repeats the image or part of it in equal increments down the page.
