Clicking sounds like a bad power board. There are small relays on power boards that would make a clicking noise.

I don't know why a main board would have been replaced for that, as I don't know of any main boards with relays or anything that would cause a clicking noise on them.

SOURCE: I have a Samsung LNS3251D 32-Inch LCD HDTV , that

In almost all cases where the set is taking a long time to turn on and then turning off it will be the Power Supply board that will have bulging capacitors, usually three to five. Look on the upper right side of the Power Supply and look for any blown caps. You can replace these caps and you will be fine. Now the other cause can be the Power Switch is shorting out. You can disconnect the the Power Switch but not the IR sensor and then turn ON the set with your TV remote and see if this stops the problem. If you are not skilled in component level repair on the Power Supply board then buy a new Power Supply board and install it.

Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

Samsung PN50C550G1FXZA clicking on and off, already replaced power supply board, main board, and main logic control board, yet the problem persists, what else could it be?

Those blinks are short circuit indication. Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Samsung HC-P4363W convergence module replacement

Unfortunately, this TV has 1 main board. The covergence circuits are not on their own board like they are in some other sets. The main board also has the high voltage (30KV) power supply on it, so I wouldn't advise messing with it unless you know what you are doing. I would imagine a new main board would be quite expensive, as well. I've found better convergence outputs (STK392-040) for this set to be about $30 - $50 per pair. Replace both, and don't forget the thermal compound. If you have someone work on your set, have them check the resistors in the circuit to make sure none are open or have increased in value.

Good luck!
