It will dissolve however it will take many days you can't wait so you need to go rent or buy or borrow small rooter route to get it out. It's not a bad fix so don't let someone tell you different. You can fix your self. Good luck.

SOURCE: I have a toilet with

This seems like a problem with your cistern and not your macerator - I have a similar set up and if your push button is stuck you need to check the mechanism in the cistern - also you should have an overflow that drains into your loo within the cistern so you should check this for blockages as well.

After an electric heavy duty auger treatment performed by professional plumbers, toilet still will flush too slow even when it is only water.

Do you mean the water drains too slowly causing the pan to fill up or the cystern won't fill fast enough from the mains pipe?
The sewage or waste pipe is not made of metal, not affected by rust/corrosion and should be pottery or plastic.
If slow to drain, there could be a blockage further down the outlet pipe to the main sewer, causing it to back up. If that is so, your plumbers are not professional, in my opinion.

My toilet won't stop running unless i jiggle the handle

It sounds like the flush valve is not seating, possibly due to its puller chain kinking or hanging up on something. Lift the tank lid and look at the chain attached to the flush handle, making sure that it is free and clear.

Another possibility is that the flush valve itself -- the rubber stopper at the opposite end of the puller chain -- is worn and having difficulty seating without help. It is a simple task to replace this valve, available at most any hardware or home improvement store.

Our electric flush toilet growls when the flap is being open and when it closes

Growl is the masticator chewing up solids. There is no flap so to speak, but a pump carrying waste to holding tank. Sound is normal.

Koler K4620 Suddenly will not flush. Water filling up to the top. Tissue in camode, flushed and water to the top. Used plunger' Waited several hr and tried again. Other toilets onsec. floor working. ...

Several possibilities. I have seen hygenic items " stack up" in a 4 inch line creating this
problem on at least two occasions. Try using a 6 foot extendable toilet auger instead of
a plunger. (home depot carries them for about 45 dollars or you may be able to rent one
at the tool rental). If this does not solve the problem you may have to use a shop vac to
empty the toilet and auger it from the bottom as well as the main line after pulling it
Examine the exiting
flange of the toilet itself as many times something as simple as a bowl freshener wire or a
Q tip can cause paper to clog the toilet. Hope this helps.

Toilet does not flush down contents.

This seems to be a case of blockage within the toilet. Check the
Flushholes under the inside-rim of the toilet. they might be partially blocked by debris or deposits. If so, a Wire-Clotheshanger will help.
If the Blockage is in the drain, a Handauger might be helpful to push
blocking objects through or retrieve.
Waterlevel in the Toilet-tank could be too low. It should be about 1"
below the top of the Drainvalve in the middle of the Tank.
