Kyocera strobe both of my screens are black and blue and sometimes there fine untill i close my phone and there blank again I have the same exact problem! It came on the other day, but the screen was acting all werid...blinking and it would stay still only if i had it half opened. IDK what to do!

I would suggest taking it to the phone company and asking them for help. The phone might still be under warranty, and you might be able to get it fixed.
But if that doesn't help, you can often buy new display screens for phones and install them quite easily.

I would suggest looking on ebay for a screen for them.

Also, it may cost a little more, but you can buy a new phone exactly like this one for about 60 dollars on e-bay. This would be a last resort, but it is an option.

mine does that too, any suggestions? is it the battery or the actual phone because i've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, sometimes it fixes the problem for about 4 minutes and then the screens go crazy again. help!

The strobe can't seem to blue-tooth or download. I have a strobe, and four or five of my friends do too. No blue-toothing AT ALL can happen with these phones, it seems...not to or from other strobes either.

But you may find thier phones anyway.

Open your phone to the qwerty keypad. In the righthand corner above and between the speaker and power/clear buttons, there should be a whiteish little button. Is anything obstructing it? Try pressing it gently a few times with a small phillips screwdriver or a ball-point pen top. GENTLY being the keyword! When you push that down, your outer screen should be lit up, and when you release it, it should light up the inside screen. Note that when your inside screen is lit, that your outer screen should light up blue-black-purple, and vice-versa.

If there is no obstruction that can be easily removed or fixed, I reccomend returning it to the retailer/company for a refund or new phone.

As a strobe owner, I understand your frustration. Worst phone I've had so far.
