Have/Had the same problem, try disconnecting the vga cord from the tv, removing the power cable and reattaching the power cable. Turn the tv on and then connect the vga cord back into place. It doesnt make sense but i've been having to do this since i bought the tv

If it looks like a pinstripe then it is most likely a de-lamination of the flex cable to the pannel, this can only be fixed by replacing the pannel.

I called the manufacturer.

Type the ip of your A.P in xplorer and then,
go to wireless--security--encryption--select WEP-- set wep key and finaly type the code in encryption key

I have the same tv and this code worked for me today. It is 1523 and if you have comcast then it is a 5-digit code 11523. Goodluck.
