Ive tried everything with this carb. Cleaning, carb+choke cleaner. The only time it fires up is when i use gas down the carb throat. Any advice or solution is welcomed. . . The primer bulb is new but im wondering whether it can be the gaskets or too much air getting to the engine because i dont have an airfilter, i just have the adapter!

That tube would be the overflow tube. Your carb float is sticking open and allowing fuel to flow in constantly. You need to take carb apart, clean needle valve, and inspect or replace carb float.

yes clean it with carb cleaner, take it off and take it all apart, every last piece and put it back together, it'll have trouble starting the first few pull but itll go

Most of the starts but dies problems are caused by dirt/water/debris in the carburetor float bowl.
You can try draining the gas out of the carburetor float bowl by removing the float bowl nut located on the bottom of the carburetor.
Make sure the hole in the float bowl nut are clean. If the problem persists after draining the float bowl nut you will have to remove, dis-assemble and clean the carb with compressed air and carb cleaner.
