I'd suggest you to check the access of the app to the Internet (permissions). Also, you should check your internet settings in the browser... some browsers allow it.
If that's not working, mybe there is not any data income... check that in the settings of your device.
you have to download a file moving app or viewing app. it should allow you to copy the music files on your phone and past them to the sd card. This may work but if not you may have to reformat your sdcard and but that will wipe everything on your card. Another solution is to get your phone rooted is what you may have to do giving you acess to move files around better
The LG800G works with microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it's electronically incompatible and will not work with this phone. You need to use microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.
On the Net10 and Tracfone LG800G the setting for the DTMF isn't located
under settings, one of the quirks with this phone. You have to make a
call using the number/keypad and when the call connects use the menu key
on the bottom left (after unlocking the screen) to bring up the in-call
menu and the DTMF On/Off settings are located there. Not where you
would expect them to be!
Is your Micro USB cable a "B" or "A"?Micro USB "B" is for data/charging. Micro USB "A" is for charging only and will not work for any kind of data transfer (pins not connected). The connector will be labeled at the micro usb end. When you plug the cable into your phone a popup will ask you if you want to connect to mass storage. Once you answer yes, you can connect to the phone just like a usb drive.
