My Panasonic Microwave NN-T573SBBPQ seems to have a problem.Sometimes the turntable wouldn't work then other times it was ok. But just recently the bulb stays on and the turntable tries turning one way for a second then the other way for a second continuously. Is the circuit board to blame? Joe Gallo (Frome)

SOURCE: my panansonic microwave NN-T573SBBPQ works

If the digital programmer circuit / controller does not get a feedback signal from the inverter for a period of 3 seconds, the controller will stop the cook cycle.

In most cases, this is a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.

SOURCE: My Panasonic Microwave NN-T573SBBPQ cuts out after

This sounds like a magnetron problem, if it gets to hot, there is a special thermal fuse that will open up if it senses abnormal temperature rise from the magnetron and after a cool down period it will reset itself. In rare cases I have known the thermal fuse to become defective and cut out prematurely. My feeling is replace the oven! because by the time you get a appliance repairman in for a sevice call and parts you probably could have bought a new microwave oven.

Why does Panasonic nn-sn651 usually work; but sometimes, turntable won't start ?

This is an inverter model so there is no diode or hv capacitor.
You must adt. the door latch switch assembly to make sure that the door hooks make contact with the switches. Common problem is that the assembly is bent and must be perpendicular to the door.If it is bent the switch will not make contact with the door hooks.
Place a dab of lithium grease on the tip of the door hooks to ease closing the door. This is the cause of the bent switch assembly!

Why does NN-SN651x Microwave sometimes starts, sometimes not ?

Adj door latch switch assembly. It is not aligned properly preventing the door hooks to engage.

Did you recently have trouble with the cooktop lights?

Sometimes when the cooktop lights blow or are inserted or removed while the oven is still plugged in, the filaments can short, causing a surge that damages the controller.

They can be repaired. More details here.

Hello, I have a Panasonic MMT573SBBPQ microwave oven. 1. The turntable table stopped working. 2 Tested motor all OK 3. Noticed bulb had blown - replaced this (as was on same circuit as motor) 4. result :...

Check the door switch and once the door is shut the board must be active. If there is no clock or display then the processor board is faulty. Also if there is no action from the touch pad then it must be checked. Since the turntable works as you start the processor seems to work but the output to the magnetron is not active. So you need to check the relay to the magnetron switching, check the temperature cut off unit and the main capacitor.
All the above seems to be suspected.
Attempt with care/caution as there is high voltage present.

Panasonic Microwave NN-S935BF turntable and light do not work. Microwave still works. Bulb and turntable motor okay. No power to light or turntable. Any ideas?

Your description seems to be confusing turntable and light do not work
Bulb and motor OK
No power to light or turntable

Which is it?

They could be separate incidents. The drive motor could be fused and the globe just blew its life away..
