My Hotpoint Aquarius WF430 1300 doesn't complete its cycle, it stops after the wash & doesn't go on to the rinse & final spin. It seems to "freeze" after the wash is finished as the lights remain...

I called customer support today and they gave me a trouble shoit in tip: fold the heating pad in a tight square (basically as many times as you can fold it), lay it on a flat surface and plug it in to the outlet. Turn it to the highest setting and leave it (even if it is flashing "f") for 10-15 minutes. This did not work on mine so they are replacing it. But I thought it might work for someone else.
No need just fold once and it should go back to 1 in setting then you can up the heat setting fron there.
