Multiple rca cables plug-in

While having my satellite rca cables plugged into my AV1, I am unable to plug-in other rca cables (nintendo-wii cables, etc...) to other components. Basically, I have to take out the satellite rca's and replace with whatever I am wanting to watch/do. Any suggestions??

You need to get a device call a composite video switch box. You plug allof your devices in the inputs on the box and then the box uses cables to plug into the TV. You then just use the switch box to select the video sound you want to display. The switch boxes are available in manual and remote and you can get them from Amazon.com

I hope this helps,

SOURCE: Component 1 and 2 audio inputs function poorly or not at all

They get old and get dusty, and with people in the house, things get stuck in those holes that shouldn't be. Try cleaning it out with some dust spray.

SOURCE: 50" Vizio Plasma reads "No Signal" on all inputs?

Well, your TV is still under warranty. That's the good part.
The only thing I can recommend without voiding the warranty is leaving the TV unplugged for 30min. That way, the TV can reset itself and hopefully correct the problem.

If that doesn't solve the problem, it's time to use the VIZIO warranty.

How do i get my nintendo wii console to appear on the tv screen ive tried every channel and hdmi and such and nothing i know its on and working cause i feel the wii remote vibrate just nothing shows o

Kate what did you plug the cables into I suspect it was a grey cable with a red , white and yellow plugs. If I am correct this cable should be plugged into the AV1 or AV2 input port of your television. Try changing the input source to AV1 or AV2 Check it is plugged to AV1 on the Television and not into Conponent input !

Connect the yellow rca plug from the wii to yellow jack on the tv marked AV1 and the red and white rca jacks from the wii to red and white rca jacks of the AV1 hookup. Simple.

I accidentally set my wii to HDTV settings and I need to reset it back to normal tv but my screen is so messed up I cant see options or anything

You can reset your Nintendo Wii video settings to use Composite (or RCA - Yellow, Red and White) cables by doing the following:

1. Make sure the Nintendo Wii is powered off and a red light is showing.

2. With the power off, unplug the video cables from the back of the Nintendo Wii, leave them plugged into your TV (these should be the RCA/Composite cables)

3. Press the Power button on the front of Nintendo Wii. Make sure the cables are still unplugged.

4. Keep the Nintendo Wii powered on and plug your cables back into it with it still running.

5. If all went well, the picture should appear normally now.

6. Once the picture has reappeared, you should go into the Nintendo Wii Menu (the Wii button in the bottom left hand corner) and change the display back to 480i to make the changes permanent.

Unable to connect to the input select. should the

I have not had to much success connecting anything through a cable or satellite box. Most of those devices are only setup for output. I suggest connecting directly to the TV.

No color on my TV!

You should plug the Wii into the AV1 or 2 on the LCD TV and make sure that the RCA plugs are pushed in all the way. Also make sure that you have the plugs properly inserted into the back of the Wii. If all is connected verify the settings on the TV's menue and make sure that they are all correct. You may also want to verify the settings on the Wii menu.

Wii gone black and white, no colour

I bought a wii a few days ago and like everybody else mine too was in black and white with a grainy picture. I have a Panasonic lcd flat screen and thought I had connected it corrected, I got somebody out to have a look at it and found out there are some connections on the side of the TV which I hadn't even noticed before, once I put the red white and yellow leads in these and set the TV to AV3 everything is in perfect colour. Hope this works for some of you.

Nes Nintendo Channel Trouble

are you using a/v (audio/video cables with rca ends), or direct to cable input on t v.? if direct to t v, did you check ch switch on back of system deck? otherwise is t v programmed for the correct INPUT. T V, AV1. AV2. OR AV3? ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH OLD NES IS YOU MUST CLEAN THE GAME EVERYTIME YOU INSERT IT. TO CLEAN MIX ALCOHOL/WATER 1-1 AND USE QTIP. RUN IT UP AND DOWN BOTH SIDES OF CONTACTS. IT WILL DRY RIGHTAWAY.

Can i send video from Nintendo Wii through my home theater to my projector?

A few things to consider; what type of connection is your Wii using? Composite, component, s-video, coax? Most home theater setups are made to route multiple video signals, usually of the Composite (RCA Red Yellow White) variety, and should be clearly labeled Video In. If it doesn't have extra inputs, you might want to consider buying a media switchbox- http://www.cyberguys.com/templates/searchdetail.asp?sk=MC71730&productID=7663 A switch like the one linked above allows you to hook multiple audio and video sources into it and easily switch between them by pressing a button on the front.
