Check or Repair Needed = Check the lint screen filter and clean of any lint. Remove fabric softener buildup on the lint screen if necessary. Clear lint blockage restriction from the air vent exhaust system.

What is error code F30?
Kenmore elite oasis st dryer - has power but won't run. Thermal fuse is NOT where I expected from videos I have watched.

The F30 code is a false code. It does not mean anything. The dryer will work fine. When I worked for Whirlpool, this was a programming issue. I owned the same dryer. It displayed this code and engineers explained this to me. The dryer worked fine.

Here is a "youtube" video showing how to take the dryer apart. Right around 3:20 is where you need to take the plactic cover off to be ablwe to clean all the lint off.

you must disassemble the unit and clean the lint out of the heating unit area, it is lint catching fire and could be dangerous to continue using your unit in this condition. a vacuum cleaner should do well to clean the lint and the drum must be removed to do a proper cleaning

Check the vent on the back. This is indicating a air flow issue. If the vent is clear ohm the heater out check it for continuity.

There is a lint screen,usually on top of the dryer, that pulls out to remove the lint,it is probably stopped up.

You must remove the inlet hose to the pump to find the screen.

Check the tubing the lint goes through (exhaust). This may be stopped up or clogged. There is a build up here of heat or something that is preventing proper air flow.

same problem removed back cover cleaned lint found pulley had unscrewed and belt was off.installed pulley rev threded and put belt back on.
