Buffering I've been having problems the past week with playing games on the internet; I just tried to watch a TV show and it would play a couple of seconds then pause and there'd be a message 'buffering' - then finally play a few more seconds before saying 'buffering' again. How can I fix it? I don't have money to go to a computer repair place. I also have been having trouble listening to Spotify - it will play a bit of a song - maybe 30 seconds - then stop. After a minute or so it will play some more.

Oh, and at times instead of 'buffering'' it says "loading" - is this the same problem? I do NOT have a router, I'm using WiFi at a local Burger King.

When watching movies on Netflix, they will sometimes freeze up. Sometimes they will start up and sometimes they won't.

Could just be something as simple as slow internet connection at that time. Netflix does require a buffer of a certain amount of time in the show before it starts, or plays. If the memory buffer empties below that point, the show will freeze until it is back up above that point. I'd check to ensure your internet is operating at the minimum for nextflix when you're playing the show.
One tip would be to ensure that if it's happening, that nothing else is trying to connect to the internet and that no downloads are occurring.

Watching ,orange is the new black season 2. will play then start buffering up to 25, then show message we're having trouble showing this title right now. try again, I do, but same buffering ha

You probably have a slow internet connection. It is recommended that you have a minimum 25/25 Mbps connection from your provider. If you do then the streaming stick might be too far from your wireless router. Try to move the router closer to the Streaming Stick if possible. The best way to watch streaming video is with a wired ethernet connection with a Roku 3 or other wired device.

I can't play with one of my friends on playstation 3

Well, if you're up for anything. Try having your friend do exactly what you did with the ports/updating/modem. What ever you do, he has to duplicate or else you guys will be on a different page.

Videos in, You tube, I Tunes, God Vine, etc keep stopping & then won't start up again

Try updating your plash player and try using a different web-browser. Or if it's not buffering, check your internet connection, or lower the resolution of the video (360p).

Playing MLB the Show on PS3. Game loads fine, franchise I've been playing loads fine. But once I try to play a game, bar starts as game loads then game cuts off and goes to main PS3 screen.

Is your CD dirty or does it have any cracks? It might just be the problem. Otherwise, it could be corrupt game data. Clean the disc, if it still doesn't work I'd try deleting the game utility data and re-downloading it. Hope this helps in some way or another.

U tube videos keep stopping

If it is pausing and then playing again after a few moments, this is just a process called 'buffering'. It is allowing the player to download more of the video before it begins playing again. To eliminate this, pause the video at the beginning and wait for the red bar in the play track to fill all the way. This indicated that the video had completely loaded.
If the video will not play past a certain point, reload the page. Sometimes if a network connection refreshes during a video download, this issue will occur. If it happens continually, make sure you have a steady network connection.

You tube always pauses, constantly why?

I must say that the video is so slow in buffering and it is the common problem if the internet connection has a minimal speed and you're playing high quality videos. I suggest you change your subscription that suits your need or lower the quality of the video just refer to its control. If you're downloading, I suggest stopped it for awhile if you want the video will play smoothly.
