I have recently found my old Philips A3.610/00 speakers which are in prefect working condition. However, I couldn't find the remote and as I'v moved twice since finding them I don't this it's around. I have scoured the internet for a replacement but it doesn't look like they even sell the speakers anymore let alone the remote. The remote is required as you cannot change the input through any button on the main speaker (serious design flaw) Does anyone know where I could get my hands on a remote for these speakers? If not the original remote, would some kind of universal remove work? Thanks, Josh
If you can find a universal remote it could work however you would have to be able to locate or contact the manufacturer in order to get the codes need to pair the remote to the stereo. I'm not certain it work this way with stereos, I'm just assuming if you can do it with a tv you ought to be able to do the same with a stereo lol
