I have disney pix micro digital camera I bought it out of desperation my job requires pics to suport wort to get paid I forgot my real camera at home and was 250 miles away at a job so Instead of panicking I bought this camera just to get through job worth 1000.00 dollars only with pics . anyway I put in disc to upload drivers and program and it said it was complete and when try to upload it says camera has no pics even though the camera saw it has 22 pics i'm in big trouble if the pics can't be retrieved please help
Put the media card into a USB card reader on the computer.

Ok so all you have to do is open the battery door so it wont turn on
and then hold the camera record button on the top until I say so. Plug
it into your comp and then wait. it should say found mass storage
device. Then you will see it under my computer. You can just drag and
drop copy and paste the vids and play them with windows media player.
(you can let go of the button when windows detects it.)

seems like this is a universal problem, I bought two of these for my kids to take holiday pic's but they are essentially useless, we should not require software to see the device on our computers and if we do it should have been provided which from what I can see it hasn't. Cute Disney software is for photoshopping the images not for downloading from the device.
I want my money back but didn't keep the receipts from Target. :(
i got 2 of these usless cameras too with the same problem but you just go round in circles when you talk to the manufacturer.great thanks.....
