The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Sure it can, but since voltage and frequency of AC varies from that country to USA, an adapter will have to be used that converts the voltage and plug from the UK variety to the USA type. Can buy at Radio Shack or Walmart or Duty Free stores. (Walmart is probably cheaper).

after installing the driver you can transfer the photos to your computer and do editing etc.
for simple image rotation/ cropping/ viewing search for 'IrfanView' in google. its small, good & free

Don't worry about it. As a Fuji camera dealer, there is no value in registering your camera. It only helps Fuji build a database. Your warranty is strictly via your original bill of sale. Rest easy.

I have looked all over the UK Fujifilm site and if it is there, it is hidden very well. I did however, find this site:
