Need Driver for Digital Photo Album

I see you have downloaded the software for the keychain. You didn't mention downloading the drivers. The drivers is what lets the keychain and the computer sync and communicate.

If your computer recognizes the DPA as an external drive you should be able to drag & drop the photos of your choice to the device.

the dvd player is not working and needs to be replaced

You do not need a Cd for a Windows computer - Windows does it all it self.
You can down load basic editing software free - try picasa from Google.
The lead you can pick up at any photo/electrical/variety store

best advice is to try this on a windows computer it is possible there is a driver issue with that device on apple OS

Mine I bough from wallgreens and it has a technical support website (www.mscustomercare.com) you can download the program there.

Have you tried to up load without additional software.
I am not MAC fluent - but Windoze can take up camera images with out extra software.
Perhapa Mac's can too
