How to type arabic on vaio laptop - Sony VAIO VGN-FW145E/W Laptop

Please install the language pack go to control panel and regional setting and choose the language wanted it will,ask for the windows cd provide the cd

If you only need to type in Arabic, then you can search for an Arabic keyboard in the Play Store and download it. Go to Settings then go to Language and Keyboard and select the Arabic Keyboard that you just downloaded. After you select the Arabic Keyboard, you should be now able to type in Arabic, if not, then on your keyboard how you can change it to Chinese, click on it and you should be able to type in Arabic. click start control panel,regional and language options select regional language options from the
drop down list select the language you want also from the bottom drop up list you can select your present location location or another language

looks like its running on IBM PC DOS. code page 708 - arabic. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc195061.aspx however if you are using windows, then you may need an arabic windows, just adding an arabic languge file wont help. IBM PC Dos doesnt have an arabic option. you can download the ibm surepos 100 4613 technical reference manual which is what i did for you. but it no help in that arabic is not an option. research using arabic with DOS. because your keyboard is basically a PC one working in DOS.

u want to change interface or just typing.....

control panet,regional setting u know that

in regional setting change english(unitedstate) to arabic(saudiarabia) any country u want

apply this n restart ur pc

then u need to install multilanguage for xp

I don't know what you want to do with the text. But this is how I understand. If you want to disable arabic text, go to run and type control. Look for Regional and Language options. After opening it, click languages then insert OS Cd to uninstall arabic text from your fonts. Or if you just wanted to retain the text without unableing it, try to open from the control panel more and look for key settings for the language set up and key controls so that it is very easy for you to switch to arabic then back to english or your desired language choice. Most of the key switches to press are ctrl+alt+1 or 2.
