Loewe concept L32 reset

No sound from skybox HD box - replaced box, same problem. Can't access Loewe sound settings, so want to reset system.

I can supply the service manual, but I'm only go to do so when I know that you have returned to FixYa for an answer. I regularly waste time posting all the information for people only to find they never return and I would need to upload this to a filesharing site for you to download. Check ur DVD player and read ur instructional manual find out if ur DVD player have a HDMI port hub?Tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a HDMI cable.That the esiest way to hookup a DVD player to a LCD or a Plama tvs.Just one HDMI cable to the DVD player HDMI hub and the other side of the HDMI cable to the tv HDMI hub.

Do you still have this problem? If so, let me know. It's mostly likely the power supply...actually one tiny $0.50 capacitor. I actually expected better from Loewe.

Hi Rabia,

It seems as if the Picture-in-Picture feature of your television is activated. Please take a look at the remote control and find the PIP button and press it, this should bring the picture into full-screen and allow you to hear the audio.
