Mine just did the same thing. I just watched it last night, this morning I cannot turn it on either. I suspect we ahve all been screwed royally into buying a piece of **** inferiot TV that we are never going to get fixed or be able to use. I cannot even get this stupid company on the phone to help me. I purchased this thru HSN and figured 50000 people bought it so it must be a good TV. Joke's on me.

same problem, started a few weeks ago and did not remember the settings. Now powers up with no picture and won't shut off. Buy a brand name like sony or samsung.

The company states they will repalce it but not with this same tv becaise they no longer have it. Yeah I guess so, it's a total piece of ****. The company states they will send a different one and it will probably be better than the one before. ********!! Call them and get an RMA # so you can pay the shipping and get another tv that will work a few months more until the warranty lapses and you;re stuck with it.

Turn tv on. green light solid display, no picture or sound

The flashing green light is likely indicative of a self-test failure, indicating the TV has detected some sort of internal fault. With no picture or sound, one strong suspect is the power supply. Flat-panel TV's have an internal DC power supply that converts the inbound AC current, and when these fail, or are unable to supply a minimum level of power to the set, it can behave as you describe, providing only enough power for the green light to illuminate.

Power button is green - no blinks / no picture / no sound

Unplug it from the wall, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. if problem still exists, its probably the main pcb.
