What is the error code mean for flashing eight times on a KLV-40V300A LCD TV
8 blinks in KLV-32S400A shows Audio Error would this be the same for my KLV-40V300A? If so would I also need to replace the G3 power board? Thanks in advance.

8 blinks in KLV-32S400A shows Audio Error Check audio voltage supply from power supply board, if OK, replace GP Board (main board) and if audio volts are not available, check/ replace power supply board.
Eight blinks means, "High voltage error". The probable cause location
listed is "T8005 is faulty (D board). T8005 is the fly-back
transformer (FBT). or you can replace the full d-board
