pull the cartridge and check gain there is may be paper jam.
also try to rese toner cartridge.

Did you try the door in the back of the printer?
Pull the paper cassette out then pull on the green handle to pull out the feed unit.

If even a very small piece of paper is in the paper path it could cause this issue. You may need to have a technician take the printer apart to see what the cause is. If you can indicate exactly where inside it may be causing the paper to crease it would indicate whether one of the rollers is causing the issue or not, you may have a roller that is needing to be replaced. If you haven't had your printer looked at by a technician in a while it may be time to get a maintenance cleaning done which would resolve your issue and also indicate if there is any major problems going on with your printer.

Try the feed tires in the tray first. More than likely the paper is not being picked up and causing jam message. The separation roller also has a hub on it to prevent a second sheet from feeding. Sometimes these start to lock up ,a little oil on the hub sometimes relieves some of the tension.

Reclean the cyan corona wire/grid with the cleaning block that comes with each toner.ensure that you leave the corona unit as far out of the machine as possible for 30 seconds to allow the grid to dry.If this does not work then you will need a technician to attend to the printer.
