It would actually depend on the make and model of the speakers. Generally the answer is yes but you run into issues when the speakers load the amp down if there are too many or they are wired wrong. There are ways around it though

You can't. You bought a set of wireless speakers with no way to connect them to anything. Communication is don'e from the base station. You need to buy another complete.

First, determine if the TV device is putting out sound by plugging in a headphone into the audio out of the TV. If audio is there then the
transmitter and wireless speakers system may be at fault.
You can also plug in a CD player playing a disc into the transmitter to see if that source then transmits the audio.

Play with the antenna placement, much like you would if trying to p/u tv signals.

The wireless speakers do not pick up a wireless signal outside of the round wireless broadcaster that came with the speakers. You will need to connect that to your satellie radio to broadcast to the wireless speakers. Make sure the wireless broadcaster component is plugged into the sound source you want to make wireless. After you've connected the broadcaster to the sound source and turned everything on then push the Auto tune button to connect to the broadcaster and recieve the sound.

Do not restart them with the button, that won't reset settings, unplug everything from power for 5 minutes and plug them back.
