That is not good. You have an apple id and a password. I
i will give you what i used on my disabled ipad, maybe you can use that.
if you remember the apple id and password you had when you set up the iphone just follow the instructions from the beginning.
1 open your iphone , wait for the apple to disappear and hello to come on the screen
2 choose language
3 select region
4 select network
5 Activation Lock
There you write the apple id and password, you used when you set the phone up.

You can't. Apple won't help you either. They will alway assume that it is stolen unless you have proof that you are the original owner

To recover a locked iPhone iOS Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode

You will need to restore the iphone in itunes and with iOS 7 you dont need to put a passcode on you just bypass and say no code
you will be able to get it to connect to itunes by putting the iPhoe in DFU mode.
here is how you do it
open itunes and plug your usb cord into the computer.
plug the usb cord into the iphone.
turn the iphone off
now, hold the power button and the home button down for 10 seconds. count it out. the phone will go black. after 10 seconds let go of the power button and continue to hold the home button for 20-25 seconds. you will see the phone pop up on itunes in recovery mode.
click the summary tab and press restore.
once the phone restores it will come to the activation process.
if you can get your itunes account info then go through the process and enter the information. don't put a passcode on. you dont have to.
if you have your itunes info you can accept the activation and restore the iphone from an icloud backup or just start new

go to apple.com and try retrieving lost account info there

Log into iCloud using your Apple ID and password, then use the "find my iPhone" app to locate your phone on the map using GPS tracking.. There's also an option to wipe your phones data remotely.. Hope you find it!
