Hi David.
this is all i could find. When you are ready to unlock your Alcatel OT 282 for free, go to FreeUnlocks.com, select Alcatel OT 282 to unlock, your current phone carrier and the country you are living in. Then proceed with unlocking your phone via TrialPay.
Click screen to make a call and you will probably see the CALL LOG somewhere at the bottom. Click on that, click menu option on the phone and choose delete. This may not be exact but would be similar. Good luck!
Hi this is an easy one . Go into the call log once you have the list of calls you press the option button and a option to delete should show . Press delete and it should delete everything . I don't know about your phone but that's how to do it on my Galaxy S3
The solution is to hard reset the Alcatel OT 282 by the following key combination, note that it will remove all your data and customization on the phone:
1- Turn off your phone.
2- press # and hold while you turn on the phone with the on/off switch "for the OT 282 it is the hang up red button".
3- The phone will ask you to reset and lose all data, press Yes.
4- Voila! phone works again.
I had the same phone with the same problem and the above solution worked like a charm to restore access to normal phone functionality.
