False paper jam notices. Usually on B, opening and closing the cover works but then on the next page it stops again with a paper jam notice. Happens almost every page making the printer near useless

Believe it or not, I received the same message. I actually found a tiny piece of paper stuck in the rollers. A previous user might have had a jam and paper crumbled and ripped when removed.
Sometimes with the paper being removed the message will not clear try restarting your printer. It's also a good idea to clean your printer heads and printer altogether.
After a paper jam occurs in the rear cover of a Dell
Laser Multi-Function Printer 1815N, the printer will not resume when
the jammed paper is removed. This is the normal behavior of the printer
as there is no sensor on the rear cover of this printer.
To open the back cover and remove any stuck paper, perform the following steps:
Open and close the front cover. The jammed paper may automatically exit the printer. If the paper does not exit, go to the next step.
Gently pull the paper out of the output tray.
If you cannot see the paper in the output tray or the paper does not move when pulled, open the rear cover.
Skip to step 9. If you do not see the paper, go to the next step.If you see the jammed paper, push the two blue pressure levers up and remove the paper.
Release the blue strap, the rear cover stopper, and fully open the rear cover.
Unfold the duplex guide fully.
While pushing the fuser lever to the right, open the fuser door. NOTICE:
Make sure to unfold the duplex guide before opening the fuser door, or the fuser door may be damaged.
Pull the jammed paper out.
Return the levers, fuser door, rear cover stopper, and duplex guide to their original position.
Close the rear cover.
Open and close the front cover. Printing automatically resumes.
Here's how you would clear paper jam from your Brother HL 1430:
1. Remove the paper cassette completely from the printer.
2. Pull any jammed paper up and out of the printer.
3. Open the front cover and remove the drum unit assembly.
4. Pull any jammed paper up and out of the printer.
Do not remove the drum unit assembly with additional force at this
time if you cannot remove it easily. Instead, pull the edge of the
jammed paper from the paper cassette.
5. Open the rear cover and pull the paper towards
the back of the printer, the fuser may get dirty with toner powder and
may result in toner scatter on the next printed page or pages. Print a
few copies of the test page until the toner scatter on the printed pages
clears.
6. Close the rear cover and install drum unit assembly, close the front cover.
If the paper is jammed inside the machine follow these steps:
1. Open the front cover and pull the toner cartridge out, lightly pushing it down. 2. Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out. 3. After removing the jammed paper, make sure there is no additional paper in the paper path. 4. Insert the toner cartridge and close the front cover.
If the paper is jammed in exit are follow these steps:
1. Open and close the front cover. The jammed paper is automatically ejected from the machine. 2. Gently pull the paper out of the output tray. - If you do not see the jammed paper or if there is any resistance when you pull, stop and go to the next step. 3. Open the rear cover. 4. Carefully remove the paper by pulling in the direction. - If the paper tears, make sure that all of the paper fragments are removed from the printer. 5. Close the rear cover. Printing automatically resumes.

SOLUTION:
Clear the jammed media from ADF (HP LaserJet 3050, 3050z).
Open the ADF cover plate.
Remove any jammed media with care.Take out the page gently.
NOTE:
Take care not to tear the paper.
Close the ADF cover plate.
Clear the jammed media from ADF (HP LaserJet 3390, 3392, 3052 and 3055).
Open the ADF cover plate.
NOTE:
Check whether all packaging straps inside the ADF are removed.
Unload the jam clearance component.Lift the two handles with both hands until the component clutch is released.Rotate and lift the jam clearance component, and then put it aside.
Lift the green handle, and rotate the paper picker until it is opened.
Gently remove the page without tearing it.If you feel resistance, go to the next step.
Open the ADF cover plate, and loosen the media gently with both hands.
When the media are stopped, pull the media out gently along the shown direction.
Close the cover plate of the flat scanner (HP LaserJet 3390, 3392, 3052, 3055).
Pull down the green handle.
Insert the jam clearance component to reinstall it.Press the two reeds until the component is properly engaged.Install the clearance component correctly. Otherwise, paper jams will continue to occur.
