While washing when it reach spin and it stopped and all spin lights are blinking
This could be the pump what you need to do is make sure the machine is off and down on the right hand side bottom of the machine there is a round cap clip it down then you should be looking at the pump turn slowly make sure you have a towel down there could be loads or some water coming out DONT undo it quickly OK very slowly until all water is gone then you can pull it out after turning it to pull it out if its all clear then you could have a motor problem but do the pump first OK let me know if this work OK don't for get to put the pump screw back tight OK

Check another tap in the house.
Fully open tap.

Add 1 or 2 similar items to help
balance the load.
Rearrange load to allow proper
spinning.

Hi there
That fault is the pump blocked error (no change in water level).
i have a quick and easy way to solve this problem.
first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it spin this fan and if it is hard to turn that means there is somthing stuck in the drain pump keep turning the fan and try to free whatever is stuck in the pump, then try the machine on spin again all goin well the object in the pump should come out with the drain water(doing this will not harm the machine) if the object is still stuck you will need to get the water out of the machine (bailing or siphioning will work) and tilt the machine back again and take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off exposing the blockage.

See if you can locate a filter, and clean same.

The 03 error code is the drain. Disconnect the drain hoses
and check for blockages. If no blockage "time" the drain interval. If
it's more than 6 minutes it's the pump. Also make sure you're using the
correct
type of soap so the ball check valve on the bottom of the outer drum
isn't
getting fouled with excessive suds. Also disconnect the drain hose from
your
house plumbing and let it free flow on it's own. This will tell you if
the
block is in your plumbing, and not in the machine. Assuming that your filter is clean.
